For founder-led and expert-led businesses

Your Business Should Grow With You.
Not On Top of You.

You built this. You proved people will pay for it. Somewhere along the way, growth started depending entirely on you. This is about building the next stage, without losing what made it work in the first place.

A short, guided workbook that shows you exactly where growth still depends on you, and what to strengthen first.

Where You Are Now

Read through these. Notice how many feel familiar.

A strong month is followed by a quiet one, and you have no clear idea where the next piece of work is coming from.

You took a week away and spent most of it checking your phone, because you were not sure the business could run without you.

Someone asks what you do, and you cannot answer it in one sentence.

You have lost a piece of work to someone less skilled, simply because they explained their offer more clearly than you explained yours.

You are still trading hours for money, with no way to grow past the hours you have.

You have already tried something: a new website, some marketing help, a tool that promised a lot. None of it stuck.

If two or three of these are true, you are not doing anything wrong. You have done the hard part already. You built something people want. What is missing is the structure to carry it further than your own hours can reach.

More Visibility Will Not Fix This on Its Own

Most people in this position will tell you the answer is more leads. It rarely is.

More leads poured into a business with no clear positioning, no confident way of having the sales conversation, and no plan for keeping in touch afterwards, mostly gives you more of the same.

Louder, not stronger.

The real gap is usually the connection between three things: how people find you, how that turns into a conversation, and how you keep the relationship alive afterwards. That is the cost of leaving it as it is. Not a single dramatic loss, but a slow tax on everything you are already doing well.

Where we start

Your Point A, Your Point B...

We never start with tactics. We start with two questions: where is the business today, and where do you actually want to get to, both in the business and in your own life.

....and Then The Solution

Everything after that closes the distance between your current state and your desired transformation, through three core stages, then a fourth when you are ready for it.

STAGE ONE

Foundation

Getting clear on who you serve, and the specific problem you solve better than anyone else. Most people have never had this written down properly.

STAGE TWO

Value

Turning what is in your head into something a client can see and buy. A signature system, and a first offer with a low-risk way in.

STAGE THREE

Growth

Building the connected path that attracts the right people, carries them through an honest sales conversation, and keeps them coming back.

STAGE FOUR · WHEN YOU ARE READY

Beyond

Handing your proven way of working to someone else: an associate, a partner, a small team, so growth stops depending only on your own hours.

That is the whole distance from Point A to Point B: three stages to build the business, and a fourth to build what comes after you.

What It Feels Like to Work This Way

Most people describe the same shape of change, in this order.

1

Guided

You are not guessing any more. You know the next step and where it sits in the bigger picture.

2

Possible

The things that looked too big get broken into pieces you can actually do.

3

Intentional

The business starts to look like something you designed, rather than something that happened to you.

4

Clear

You know who you serve, what you offer, and where you are going. That clarity spreads into everything else.

Where this can lead

When You Are Ready for It

Everything above is what the ways of working on this page actually deliver. Nothing past this point is included, and nothing here asks anything more of you than what you have already read. But it is worth naming where this can lead, because I have watched it happen.

Once a signature system is proven and running without you holding every piece together, it starts to work in one of two ways. You can hand a clear way of working to someone else: an associate, a partner, a small team, instead of trying to pass on years of instinct in a rushed afternoon. Or the system itself, the words, the content, the way people find you, keeps finding and looking after people without you needing to be there for each one. Either way is the real distance between an owner running the business and a business that runs alongside them.

Karen Cruise, founder of Flourished Minds CIC, Leeds, UK

My work with Karen Cruise, founder of Flourished Minds CIC, began with helping her turn a clear sense of purpose into a business that could grow beyond her personal effort.

When we began working together, Flourished Minds was an idea she cared deeply about, and she was building it on her own. Our work through the ASN System started with what she wanted the business to achieve, who she most wanted to help, and what building it would mean for her own life.

Those conversations shaped the decisions that followed. We worked through who her ideal clients were, how to communicate the value of her work in her own voice, and how people could experience her expertise before committing to a conversation.

Alongside that, we explored the support she needed around her, so that growing the business would not mean taking on every new responsibility herself.

The website, content and follow-up grew out of that foundation. Together, they gave people a way to find Flourished Minds, receive help and take the next step without Karen having to personally start every conversation.

The Circle of Control workbook is one example: her knowledge became a resource that people could use independently and that continued introducing potential clients to her work years after its creation.

The commercial results mattered. In the year after the site relaunched, organic search traffic grew by more than 800 per cent, and Karen went on to work with families as far away as Canada and the Netherlands.

Behind those results was the deeper work of turning her vision and expertise into something the business could communicate and deliver more consistently.

That is what the ASN System is designed to help founders build: a business with the clarity, people and systems to grow beyond their personal effort.

For Karen, that meant strategic guidance, practical implementation and someone alongside her who understood both the business she wanted to build and the person building it.

804%

growth in organic search traffic in one year

7,453

visitors to one lead magnet, still converting years on

3

countries reached through the website alone

If you get to that point and want help building it, that is a further stage of work I already do with more established businesses. There is no pressure to go there, and nothing above depends on you wanting to. The door is open if and when you do.

How We Can Work Together

There are three ways to do this work with me. The right one depends on how you like to work and how much you want built alongside you, not on the size of your business.

Work By Yourself

Video Teaching and Templates

The Foundation, Value and Growth framework, taught step by step, for you to work through at your own pace.

Best for: you know your business well and want a proven structure to follow on your own.

Work With a Group

Group Coaching and Templates

The same framework, taught live in a small group, with coaching calls and other founders working the same stages alongside you.

Best for: you want guidance and accountability, without a fully built solution.

Work With Me

Consulting and Implementation

The Foundation, Value and Growth work, and the ongoing weekly content, built with you directly, one to one.

Best for: your time is the most limited thing in the business right now.

Whichever fits, the starting point is the same conversation. I will help you work out which one is right before either of us commits to anything.

The Questions I Hear Most

"I just need more leads."

Usually not, or not only. More leads into a business with no clear positioning and no plan for looking after them mostly gives you more of the same. I would rather fix the connection first, because it makes every lead worth more.

"I have tried this before and it did not work."

I understand that completely. A new website, some marketing help, a tool that promised a lot. Most of it fails because it is added on without a strategy underneath. The order matters: the person and the business first, then the strategy, then the technology.

"I do not have the time."

That is usually the clearest sign the business depends on you too much. The work is built to give time back, in small steps, so it does not become one more thing on the pile.

"Is this just another marketing project?"

No. This is closer to designing the business than decorating it. Marketing is one part of a much bigger structure.

"Won't a system make the business feel impersonal?"

The opposite, in my experience. A good system carries the repetition, so your energy goes where it should: into the relationships and the decisions only you can make.

"Can't I just do this myself?"

Often, yes, and that is exactly what the Do It Yourself option is for. If you would rather have some structure and other founders around you, the group option exists for that. If your time is too limited to do any of it alone right now, that is what working with me directly is for.

"Will this turn into something bigger than I signed up for?"

No. Each way of working is exactly what it says it is. If you ever want to move from one to another, or go further, that is a separate conversation, started by you.

Who This Is Not For

I am rarely the right fit for a business without paying clients yet, or for someone looking for a quick fix. If that is where you are, I would rather point you somewhere better than take your money too early.

Book a Call. It Costs Nothing, and It Carries No Obligation.

It takes thirty to forty five minutes. Bring wherever the business actually is right now, not the version you would present to a room. We will agree together whether this is the right fit, and if it is not, I will tell you what probably is.

If you take one thing from this page, take this: growth does not have to depend on you doing everything, and you are more capable of building it another way than you have been feeling.

Not sure yet? Send one question about where you are. I will answer it directly, whether or not we ever work together.
